Shipments and returns

Shipping & Delivery: We ship all over the world, where you are! If you choose the flat rate fee, it generally takes 6 to 15 business days for the postal services to deliver your package. If you opt for the express delivery, you may receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. Contact us if you want to get your order faster, and we will custom-design a delivery method for you. All items are shipped from the U.S., Australia, France or Thailand.

We have worked hard to find the best possible international shipping methods! Our goal has always been to make it easy for people outside of the USA to order from us. We get many e-mails from customers who appreciate our fast and reliable international shipping.

The two options on our site enable you to pick whether the local mail service or a courier service is best for you. Packages sent through the mail service will be delivered by your local post office.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Flat-fee, or Express). If you order is over $99 and you qualify for free shipping on selected items, your order will be shipped using the standard shipping option (4 to 14 business days).

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States, Canada and France.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Duties and taxes are different in every country and many factors play into determining if you need to pay them. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of France may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers do not pay any fees when they receive the shipment. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back, but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.

 

Returns & Replacements

To guarantee customer satisfaction, we agree to exchange all items under the following conditions. For normal items, we glady exchange goods for any other item of similar value, but all sales are final. A refund insurance policy is available for 5% of the amount of order. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, with a returned number, got from our service. Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed. Items must be returned in original packing and with original tags and labels attached. Items must be sent to us postage paid. Returns must include a copy of our invoice. Return postage must be enclosed. In case receipients refuse item(s) at the time of delivery, a refund insurance policy is applied for 15% of the amount of order. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. Refunds for refused items by recepients will be issued within 15 business days upon reception of item(s) by sender.  Other details of returned items apply to refused items.
